Mallikarjun Kharge On His Plans If Elected To Congress Top Post

Congress veteran Mallikarjun Kharge on Friday said if elected party president, he will implement the 'Udaipur Declaration', a set of proposals adopted at a conclave in Rajasthan in May this year.
