Russian-Held Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia Claims 'Victory' In Referendum Vote

Officials in the Moscow-occupied Zaporizhzhia region in southern Ukraine on Tuesday claimed victory in a referendum for a merger with Russia amid international condemnation of a sham ballot.
