"China Closely Monitoring Russia-Ukraine Conflict": US Intelligence Director

US Central Intelligence Agency Director William Burns said on Saturday that Beijing is closely monitoring Russia's conflict in Ukraine and that it is affecting China's calculations over Taiwan.
