ISIS Claims Responsibility For Attacks In Afghanistan's Jalalabad: Report

ISIS claimed responsibility for a series of bomb attacks in the city of Jalalabad in eastern Afghanistan, the group's Amaaq News Agency said on its Telegram channel on Sunday.
