Congress Has Become "Kitty Party", People Only Joke Around: Minister

Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Sunday slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his "friend monopoly'' remark and said the party has become a ''kitty party'' in which they only joke around.
