Uttarakhand Chief Minister Apologises But Repeats Objection To Torn Jeans

Facing flak over his "ripped jeans" comment, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat on Friday said he apologises for the remark if it has hurt anybody.
