Noida Man Kidnaps Toddler Cousin For Quick Buck, 2 Arrested: Police

A 20-year-old man was arrested on Thursday for planning the kidnapping of his two-year-old cousin, who has been safely recovered, in Uttar Pradesh's Noida, police said.
