Monsoon Update: June Had 17% Surplus Rain, July Had 10% Deficit, Says IMD
July ended with a 10-per cent rainfall deficiency but monsoon is likely to be normal in the second half of the four-month rainfall season, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Friday.
